For home builders
Site landscaping that follows the build.
Yard Life Pro is the commercial and construction side of Yard Life. We price and install new-home sod, hardscape, retaining walls, and commercial landscapes around the way a project is already being bid, scheduled, and turned over.
You will get an email reply. Sending the form does not reserve a crew or set a price.
Services
The work we install.
Named the way the work is scoped. If a project sits outside this list, say so on the form and we will tell you whether we can take it.
New-home sod installs
Sod laid as homes are finished, in the order the lots are turned over.
The install follows the lots you are finishing. Tell us which homes, the square footage you already have, and the window on the build schedule. We price that scope. We do not publish a rate card.
Hardscape
Walks, patios, and other hard surfaces that belong to the site package.
Walks, patios, and pads that are drawn into the site, installed with the rest of the landscape rather than left as a later extra. Share the plan and we will say whether the work fits what we install.
Retaining walls
Walls where the grade calls for them, coordinated with the other site work.
Where the lot needs a wall, it is part of the same conversation as the sod and the walks. Send the grade notes you already have. We will tell you if we can price the wall with the rest of the install.
Commercial landscape installs
Planting and landscape installation on commercial work, not a maintenance route.
This is the construction side of landscaping: the install, not a weekly residential visit. Describe the project and the trade it has to follow. We reply with whether we can take it.
Built for builders
From the bid to the handoff.
Five steps we use when a builder, a purchasing agent, a general contractor, or a developer asks us to price work. Nothing here is a promise about a specific job.
01
Bid
Send the lots, the scope, and the timing you already have. We answer with whether we can price it. Prices are quoted per project. They are not listed on this site.
02
Schedule
The date that matters is the one on your build schedule. Tell us the window. We will say if we can meet it before anyone treats it as booked.
03
Crew
A crew comes for the scope that was priced. We do not publish a headcount, and we do not put a crew on a job that has not been agreed.
04
Punch-list
When the install is in, we walk what is left with you and close those items before you hand the home to the buyer or the next trade.
05
Handoff
You leave the property ready for whoever takes it next. Care after someone is living in the home is the residential site, not this one.
Quote
Tell us about the project.
Home builders first, and purchasing, general contractors, and developers after that. A person reads the form and replies by email.
Send the lots and the window.
We reply by email. The form is not a booking.
